Bad experience, I ordered a salad for 40 reais (which I already think is absurd), but I trusted that it would be good, and besides the small amount of protein, three ingredients were missing, I don't recommend it, first and last time, and I even called to complain and the employee hung up on me, surreal of terrible

Há 4 meses pedi uma salada com frango e não entregaram o frango, na ocasião a unidade não tinha telefone, precisei ir até a unidade pra comunicar e pegar a porção faltante. Hoje, resolvi dar uma segunda chance, a previsão era de 25 a 35min, após 50min de espera entrei em contato e colocaram a culpa que o entregador ainda não tinha buscado o pedido. Passada mais de 1h chega o pedido, frio, com a batata murcha e a embalagem da salada aberta dentro do pacote.
Duas experiências péssimas! Procurem outro lugar pra pedir!

4 months ago I ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken was not delivered, at the time the unit did not have a telephone, I had to go to the unit to communicate and pick up the missing portion. Today, I decided to give it a second chance, the forecast was 25 to 35 minutes, after 50 minutes of waiting I got in touch and they blamed the deliveryman for not picking up the order yet. After more than 1 hour the order arrives, cold, with the wilted potato and the salad package open inside the package.
Two very bad experiences! Look elsewhere to order!

O açaí parecia aqueles açaís assorvetados horrorosos cheios de espessante, e que não tem o sabor característico do verdadeiro açaí. Pela cor você percebe que não é açaí de verdade. Pra piorar, também pedi sanduíche de filé de frango que veio com os filés extremamente salgados, sem contar a miséria que é esse sanduíche pelo preço que se paga. Cada vez mais difícil tomar um açaí de qualidade em Niterói. Se não quiserem perder tempo e dinheiro passem longe desse lugar.
Bad experience! I ordered three 500ml açaí from a famous delivery app, premium açaí price, but only the same price. The açaí looked like those hideous sorbet açaí filled with thickener, and that doesn't have the characteristic flavor of the real açaí. From the color you can tell it's not real açaí. To make matters worse, I also ordered a chicken fillet sandwich that came with extremely salty fillets, not to mention the misery that this sandwich is for the price you pay. It is increasingly difficult to get quality açaí in Niterói. If you don't want to waste time and money, go away from this place.
