Na data de hoje fiz um pedido e o conteúdo veio com menos açaí do que o proposto (500mls de açaí). Entrei em contato com a loja e informei isso e encaminhei fotos. A pessoa que me atendeu disse que não poderia atestar que tinha vindo menos açaí pois o açaí estava "mexido" e tinha substituído uma bola de sorvete, reafirmei que só tinha descoberto a "quantidade menor de açaí" após "mexer" no açaí e ver que, tanto o açaí quanto sorvete, vieram em menor quantidade à quantidade adquirida de 500ml, colocaram menos açaí e jogaram os acompanhamentos por cima e após tirar os acompanhamentos vi que não veio o solicitado.
Eu comprei um AÇAÍ DE 500mls e veio menos, em contato com a empresa não apresentaram uma solução viável, e digo que nem pensaram em solução.
Estou encaminhando a reclamação para a matriz para cobrarem um posicionamento da filial Ribeirão das Neves-MG.
"Ah, mas é pela quantidade ?" Não, é pela falta de solução, de diálogo e pela falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Quando você compra um açaí de 500mls, 300mls ou 200mls, é exatamente essa quantidade, não é 300mls de açaí e os complementos para completar as 500mls.
A Reclamação é em relação ao atendimento de hoje, em específico.
Well, I've been a customer for approximately 2 years, since the store's opening, both in ordering for delivery and consumption on site.
On today's date I placed an order and the content came with less açaí than proposed (500mls of açaí). I contacted the store and informed that and forwarded photos. The person who attended me said that I could not attest that less açaí had come because the açaí was "stirred" and had replaced a scoop of ice cream, I reaffirmed that I had only discovered the "smaller amount of açaí" after "stirring" the açaí and seeing that, both açaí and ice cream, came in smaller quantities to the quantity of 500ml purchased, they added less açaí and threw the sides over the top and after removing the sides I saw that the requested did not come.
I bought a 500ml AÇAÍ and it came less, in contact with the company they didn't present a viable solution, and I say that they didn't even think of a solution.
I'm forwarding the complaint to the head office to demand a positioning from the Ribeirão das Neves-MG branch.
"Oh, but is it the quantity?" No, it's because of the lack of a solution, of dialogue and lack of respect for the consumer.

Pra quem vai a primeira vez fica a dica, é você mesmo quem monta seu açaí em uma comanda, e pode intercalar com sorvetes, e vale ressaltar a qualidade dos sorvetes são espetaculares, sabores que saem do cotidiano, indico o de abacaxi com hortelã é sensacional. O preço é o de mercado, paguei R$18,00 no açaí de 500ml. Quero retornar muito mais vezes, e já indiquei para os meus amigos. Parabéns pelo trabalho.
