 Perfect service. Attentive and friendly attendant and the mechanic very professional. I was going to change the bike's ratio. He instructed me to just lubricate and stretch the chain. Very honest, I already have a place of trust in Santos (I live in Praia Grande)

It used to be good... today they charge absurd prices on products easily found elsewhere and the labor besides being unskilled is expensive... I don't recommend it.

Good heavens, what a terrible service. You enter the store and feel like a ghost, they just don't serve you. The people at the counter ignore your presence. One of the women is arrogance personified.
