★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pelos meios que informam no numero fixo não funciona. Fui pessoalmente e as pessoas la parecem não saber o que é atendimento. A unica pessoa que deu bom dia foi a caixa. Os demais parecem assustados com o volume de vendas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho ridículo esse pacto das escolas com essas editoras. Cobram 10 vezes o valor de um kit de livros para uma criança e no final do ano não se usa nem um quarto dos livros do kit, e os que se usa, só até a metade. Onde podemos denunciar esse abuso? Quem pode nos defender dessa prática?
I think this pact of schools with these publishers is ridiculous. They charge 10 times the value of a kit of books for a child and at the end of the year not even a quarter of the kit's books are used, and the ones that are used, only half. Where can we report this abuse? Who can defend us against this practice?
