Comprei os livros didáticos do meu filho dia 26/01 e até hoje 28/03 os livros não foram entregues e segue sem previsão de entrega com a desculpa da pandemia, mas como assim? Se tudo está funcionando normalmente? Isso é um verdadeiro absurdo, onde pagamos caro pelos livros e não temos uma garantia de entrega! Assim como eu outras mães compartilham da mesma insatisfação e frustração!
I wanted to make clear here my total dissatisfaction with FTD! I bought my son's textbooks on the 26/01th and until today 28/03 the books have not been delivered and there is still no delivery forecast with the excuse of the pandemic, but what do you mean? If everything is working normally? This is a real absurdity, where we pay dearly for the books and we don't have a guarantee of delivery! Like me, other mothers share the same dissatisfaction and frustration!
