Awful service !! And more !!, A boy answered me, and besides printing everything wrong of what he had asked, he still charged me for the wrong work he did and did not accept that was not charged and absurd price, and of course, lack of professionalism.

Pedi no papel vergê offwhite, me imprimiram em um papel amarelado horrível, que não se assemelha em nada ao offwhite. Fui verificar na Kalunga as opções de cores de papel vergê, e há sim um tom um pouco acima do branco, vulgo offwhite. Parece que simplesmente imprimiram no papel que tinham lá sobrando, sem me informar que o que havia pedido estava em falta. Informei minha insatisfação por email, nunca houve nenhum retorno ou atenção. Puro descaso, falta de profissionalismo, péssimo atendimento. Não estão nem aí para resolver o problema que eles mesmo causam. Nunca mais volto!
I ordered prints of my groomsmen's invitations, and individual wedding invitation tags. I ordered it on the off-white verge paper, they printed me on a horrible yellowish paper, which is nothing like off-white. I went to check on Kalunga the color options for verge paper, and there is a shade a little above white, aka offwhite. It seems they simply printed it on the paper they had left over, without informing me that what I had asked for was missing. I informed my dissatisfaction by email, there was never any return or attention. Pure negligence, lack of professionalism, poor service. They don't care to solve the problem they cause. I'll never come back!

Wonderful experience, needed full size color printing urgently and responded promptly by sending even a sample by email. They delivered ahead of schedule even though they were in another neighborhood. Gratitude.
