Só acho que deveria ter um treinamento para os funcionários...principalmente para instruir o uso do aplicativo shell box...pois tem funcionários que não sabe instruir..
O aplicativo falou q eu tinha desconto 10reais...mostrei funcionário e ele falou estava certo ,mas na hora pagar não tive desconto...ele não sabia como ativar um aplicativo da empresa q trabalha.. disse ter ativado...mas nada..

I just think there should be training for employees...mainly to instruct the use of the shell box application...because there are employees who don't know how to instruct...
The application said I had a 10-real discount... I showed the employee and he said he was right, but when I paid I had no discount... he didn't know how to activate an application of the company he works for... he said he had activated... but nothing ..
