LACK OF RESPECT TO DONORS IS SCREAMING! HOW DO YOU PLACE A PHONE AT OUR ARRANGEMENT, AND AT LEAST WORK, AND STILL PLACE THE ADVERTISING SAYING WE CAN CALL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. SO YOU HAVE DIFFICULT TO COUNT ON DONORS.

Minha única crítica é, em relação ao atendimento telefônico, pois esse serviço não existe. E o pior, eles disponibilizam um número onde ninguém atende.
Vou dá 4 estrelas, por conta do ótimo atendimento que tive com o pessoal por onde passei, até chegar a sala de doação.
E 1(uma) estrela para o atendimento telefônico, que não existe.
Aguardo providências.
Very good service from the reception to the donation room.
My only criticism is in relation to the telephone service, as this service does not exist. Worse, they provide a number where no one answers.
I'll give it 4 stars, due to the great service I had with the people I passed through, until I reached the donation room.
And 1 (one) star for telephone assistance, which does not exist.
