Great gym .. well ventilated and equipped. Value for training as a visitor was expensive. I paid 50 reais for 1 week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia está jogada as traças. Fiquei um tempo sem malhar, voltei pra usar a esteira e a bicicleta mas não funcionam. Acho que vou deixar pago aqui e ir alí dar uma volta na ilha e fazer exercícios nos aparelhos do município.
Academy is played the moths. I did not work out for a while, I came back to use the treadmill and the bike but they do not work. I think I'll leave paid here and go there to go around the island and do exercises on the devices of the municipality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- Aparelhos sempre com defeitos, na maioria das vezes fica difícil completar os exercícios por conta disso.
2- tive que pagar a ficha de inscrição inclusa na mensalidade, mesmo sem ter feito a avaliação (não tinha profissional pra fazer e eu tbm não tinha interesse já que tinha a minha de outra academia. Cobrança injusta.
3- a academia é boa pra quem já sabe treinar, vejo mtas pessoas fazendo exercício errado e os profissionais meio desatentos.
1- Devices always with defects, in most cases it is difficult to complete the exercises because of this.
2- I had to pay the registration form included in the monthly fee, even without having done the evaluation (I had no professional to do it and I was also not interested since I had mine from another academy. Unfair charge.
3- the gym is good for those who already know how to train, I see many people doing the wrong exercise and the professionals are inattentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar onde já treinei/estagiei. De positivo, somente a localização, mesmo. Profissionais do famoso Q.I, prática infelizmente tão comum em Valadares.
Worst place I've ever trained/interned. On the positive, only the location, really. Professionals of the famous IQ, unfortunately so common practice in Valadares.
