I congratulate the service provided by Mr. Marcos. Always attentive and helpful, both by Whatsapp and in person at the store. The only store in Vitória that performs photographic printing services with speed, efficiency and quality! Store always super tidy with several photographic products available for prompt delivery. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela mas, se pudesse dar menos, daria. O local não imprime fotos 3x4 e tem um senhor muito mal humorado. Cheguei as 8:10 da manhã, perguntei se imprimiam foto 3x4 ele disse que não, peguei o celular pra procurar outro local e ele ficou com a mão na porta, perguntei se ele iria fechar a porta ele disse que sim é simplesmente me colocou pra fora.
I gave one star but if I could give less I would. The place does not print 3x4 photos and has a very grumpy gentleman. I arrived at 8:10 am, I asked if they printed a 3x4 photo he said no, I took my cell phone to look for another place and he kept his hand on the door, I asked if he would close the door he said yes and he simply put me to outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom serviço e tem de tudo, mais o atendimento do Sr Marcos e rude, acho que ele está cansado de trabalhar tem que se aposentar ou tirar férias. Ele parece desconfiar das pessoas quando vai ver mercadoria. Já aconteceu comigo.

Liguei para saber maiores informações, entretanto, a pessoa do sexo masculino q atendeu precisa fazer um curso de atendimento ao cliente, pois parecia q eu o estava incomodando, impaciente em responder as poucas perguntas que fiz. Lamentável.
I googled photo printing store and this one appeared (Full). I called for more information, however, the male person who answered needs to take a customer service course, as it seemed like I was bothering him, impatient to answer the few questions I asked. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu pudesse dar uma nota menor eu o faria. Contratamos um álbum no local com a taxa de urgência de entrega e me entregaram o produto com a capa de outro álbum, até aí da pra relevar. Todavia, não vieram buscar o álbum para realizar o acerto e ainda me disseram para ir lá para eles consertarem o erro. Moro longe, perdi minha apresentação do álbum para o cliente, a empresa está me enrolando para vir buscar e acertar o produto e não devolveram minha taxa de urgência. Serviço de atendimento ao cliente de péssima qualidade.
If I could give a lower rating I would. We hired an album on the spot with the urgent delivery fee and they delivered the product to me with the cover of another album, so far I can't help it. However, they didn't come to get the album to make the fix and they even told me to go there so they could fix the mistake. I live far away, I missed my album presentation to the client, the company is dragging me around to come pick up and fix the product and they didn't return my urgency fee. Poor quality customer service.
