I met @fullfitassessoria's work in 2018.
In search of better health, I started in functional hit classes and managed to go much further, improving my physical conditioning, weight loss and consequently aesthetics. With personalized work for each student, you can, like me, start from scratch and completely change your sedentary life to a more active and healthier life. Today I do running and Personal classes and I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend @fullfitassessoria
