I bought the pan in two weeks. They are peeling and dropping paint on food. Complaint filed in claim here. lousy product.

Falei pelo chat do site e enviei um e-mail para o Sr. Douglas, representante comercial da empresa, que providenciou a imediata substituição do item avariado. Altamente recomendável!
I live in Santos-SP, I bought a plate with rechaud on the company's website and although the delivery was very fast, unfortunately the handle of the plate arrived broken. I spoke on the website chat and sent an email to Mr. Douglas, the company's commercial representative, who provided for the immediate replacement of the damaged item. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a panela achando que era de boa qualidade. Paguei uma fortuna 185.00 (Porque pra mim e muito dinheiro) achando que estava levando um produto de boa qualidade. Usei APENAS 1 VEZ ...(fizemos todo o processo antes pra utiliza-la, usamos colher de madeira).....qd fomos terminar de comer o fundo da panela estava todo descascado. A tinta pode até ser atoxica, se é uma tinta que vcs ja sabem que ela sai pra que o uso dela na panela ?! Pra dar uma falsa impressão que seja de ferro puro? Fiquei sem entender o porquê do uso da tinta / enganar o consumidor ? Fiquei muito chateada. Quem quer comer comida com tinta ? (Porque só vimos que a tinta havia saído qd a comida estava acabando no fundo da panela). Morriiii de Ódio e constrangimento ...minhas visitas comendo tinta junto com a comida.
I bought the pot thinking it was of good quality. I paid a fortune of 185.00 (because for me and a lot of money) thinking I was taking a good quality product. I used ONLY 1 TIME ... (we did the whole process before using it, we used a wooden spoon) ..... when we finished eating the bottom of the pan was all peeled. The paint can even be atoxic, if it is a paint that you guys already know that it comes out so that it can be used in the pan ?! To give a false impression that it is pure iron? I did not understand why the use of ink / deceive the consumer? I was really upset. Who wants to eat food with ink? (Because we only saw that the ink had left when the food was running out of the bottom of the pan). Morriiii of Hatred and embarrassment ... my visits eating ink together with food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A panela é ótima! Faz deliciosas carnes no forno usando a tampa uma costela fica uma delicia. Como toda panela de ferro ela é trabalhosa para limpar mas vale a pena o sabor da comida recomendo. É uma panela feita de forma artesanal tem que limpar ela com água e sabão sem esfregar muito agua quente pode depois enxágue com agua quente e secar no fogo
The pot is great! It makes delicious meats in the oven using the lid, a rib is delicious. Like all iron pots it is hard to clean but it is worth the taste of the food I recommend. It is a pan made by hand. You have to clean it with soap and water without rubbing too much hot water. You can then rinse with hot water and dry over the fire.

Independentemente do produto que usamos, detergente neutro, entre outros, escovação água quente, nada tira as manchas. Não consigo nem mesmo falar com esta empresa.
I bought a pan like this at Americanas to never again, because we use it, only once, it was stained.
