Não é uma regra e existem muitas pessoas boas, mas as coisas que eu ouvi lá preferia não ter ouvido.
This institution really helps a lot of people to form citizens, but the way I was treated by some people at the time I attended this place, I would never put a child of mine there. It's not a rule and there are a lot of good people, but the things I've heard there would rather not have heard.
