★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero por aqui elogiar, principalmente a funcionaria Sandra que trabalha da Fundação Leão XIII de Itaperuna-RJ por sua dedicação ao trabalho e educação com as pessoas ali chegam precisando de ajuda ou ate mesmo uma informação. Meu caso bem complicado e que nem passou pelas mãos delas antes, conseguiu resolver sendo que passei por outros locais e não conseguiram. Assim como as outras pessoas que lá estão. As pessoas sempre lembram de reclamar, mas quando se nota e ver um trabalho bem feito, mesmo nao dispondo de meios e a pessoa desempenha de forma brilhante com o que tem em mãos, tudo que foi possível e alcance de seu serviço feito perfeito, foi assim que a Sandra e os demais fizeram no meu caso. Enquanto esperava minha vez, observei que as outras pessoas a serem atendidas, tinham tido toda a ajuda e saíram satisfeitos com o serviço prestado. Então desejo que seja informado a todos desse local meus elogios e que seus superiores vejam eles excelentes profissionais.

 I want to compliment here, especially the employee Sandra who works at the Lion XIII Foundation of Itaperuna-RJ for their dedication to work and education with people there need help or even information. My very complicated case that has not even been in their hands before, managed to resolve being that I passed by other places and failed. Just like the other people there. People always remember to complain, but when you notice and see a job well done, even without the means and the person performs brilliantly with what you have in hand, all that was possible and scope of your service made perfect, was just like Sandra and the others did in my case. While waiting for my turn, I noticed that the other people being served had all the help and left satisfied with the service. So I wish you all to be informed of this place my compliments and that your superiors see them as excellent professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são excelentes. São educadas alegres deixa as pessoas bem descontraídas. Elas merecem todos os elogios . O guarda também é bem educado . Minha experiência na fundação leão 13 foi inesquecível da vontade de voltar mais vezes.
The attendants are excellent. They are polite and cheerful makes people very relaxed. They deserve all the praise. The guard is also well educated. My experience at the Lion 13 Foundation was unforgettable because of the desire to return more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as meninas do detran (identidade) trabalham muito alem do guarda tbm , 3 pessoas pra fazer varios trabalhos ao mesmo tempo e atender muita gente a estrutura e bem precaria tbm ..deveria ter um ou mais funcionarios pra fazerem um filtro antes do atendimento ,correções de documentação xerox agendamento antes de chegarem na mesa da atendente .isso atrasa demais o atendimento ! resumindo tiram leite de pedra !
the girls from detran (identity) work a lot besides the guard too, 3 people to do several jobs at the same time and serve a lot of people, the structure is very precarious too..there should be one or more employees to make a filter before the service, corrections xerox documentation, scheduling before arriving at the attendant's desk. This delays the service too much! in short, they milk a stone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guarda atencioso, a moça que faz fotografia e colhe as digitais também é ótima, porém a atendente foi sem educação, socava as coisas na mesa, e respondia mal e com tom de deboche as nossas dúvidas. Estava visivelmente estressada com o mal funcionamento do computador, apesar de não justificar tal comportamento, pois ela recebe pra estar ali e o mínimo de se esperar de alguém que trabalha com o público, é educação.
Attentive guard, the girl who takes pictures and takes fingerprints is also great, but the attendant was impolite, pounding things on the table, and responded poorly and with a mocking tone to our doubts. She was visibly stressed with the malfunction of the computer, despite not justifying such behavior, because she gets paid to be there and the least to be expected from someone who works with the public is politeness.
