★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o atendimento lá, não dou 5 estrelas, porque meu filho tem bronquite , e toda vez que preciso de uma atendimento de urgência e chego lá não tem pediatra, tem que agendar, e quem esta sem ar não consegue aguardar um agendamento, deveria ter um pediatra lá para urgência

Marcaram meu exame recebi a confirmação, fui fazer, e no ato falaram que a unidade que foi marcada não aceitaram meu plano (já havia cido feito todo o processo de aprovação) retornei a unidade, não há ninguém que possa resolver isso, e o pior nem aceitam remarcar-lo. Perdi um dia de trabalho ATOA
Horrible service at the timoteo unit. They scheduled my exam, I received confirmation, I went to do it, and immediately said that the unit that was marked did not accept my plan (the entire approval process had already been done) I returned the unit, there is no one who can solve this, and the worst nor accept to reschedule it. I missed a day at work ATOA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior clínica que eu já fui trabalho a anos vou em várias clínicas mas está é a pior não tem organização nenhuma marca 7 horas quando chega o médico já é 9 fora que eles pedem ordem de chagada passa todos na sua frente não tem um pingo de educação com as pessoas sua tá melhor do que eles miu vezes
Worst clinic I've been working for years I go to several clinics but this is the worst there's no organization at all 7 hours when the doctor arrives it's already 9 out they ask for arrival orders. Everyone passes in front of you with people its better than them sometimes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devido a uma urgência na madrugada de 19/05/22 minha mãe(que é beneficiaria) foi encaminhada pelo SAMU para a UPA Leste em Belo Horizonte. Para ela fazer exames complementares, durante a manhã, solicitei uma ambulância para transferência dela para o Hospital Felício Rocho (que é credenciado) e o pedido foi indeferido. Alegaram que a transferência de pacientes só pode ser feita entre hospitais credenciandos. Descobrimos da pior maneira que o plano não faz questão de zelar pelo bem estar e saúde dos beneficiários. Tivemos que contratar uma ambulância particular para realizar a transferência. Aviso que desejo tudo de ruim para os gestores desse regra esdrúxula e que se pensam em dinheiro.
Due to an emergency at dawn on 05/19/22, my mother (who is a beneficiary) was referred by SAMU to UPA Leste in Belo Horizonte. In order for her to undergo complementary exams, during the morning, I requested an ambulance to transfer her to Hospital Felício Rocho (which is accredited) and the request was rejected.
