Preciso dizer que , apesar de ser muito procurado e sempre cheio, achei incrível a atenção que a funcionária Patricia ( cometi a gafe de não me informar do sobrenome dela) !

I have to say that, despite being very popular and always full, I found the attention that the employee Patricia incredible (I made the mistake of not informing her last name)!

Knowing how difficult a public agency is to function and that, most of the people who work in these agencies have a job that is somewhat full of discredit, I leave my applause and thanks to this employee!
