Quanto ao serviço prestado, deixou muito a desejar, infelizmente, o motorista que retirou o corpo esqueceu o documento e a empresa não tinha uma cópia para nos enviar para liberação do corpo foi uma situação difícil. Espero que isso não se repita com outras famílias.
As for the structure, it is really very good. Everything seems well taken care of, the bathroom is clean and the spaces are well organized. As for the service provided, it left a lot to be desired, unfortunately, the driver who removed the body forgot the document and the company did not have a copy to send us for release of the body, it was a difficult situation. I hope this doesn't happen again with other families.
