★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcao total ,tem um funcionario de nome Junior que qalem de cobrar servicos que nao cumprem ainda cobram valores bem mais caros , se for cemiterio particular o servico e cobrado pela funeraria e pelo cemiterio , tive a maior decpcao pois faleceu minha irma mas nao foi feito os tramites oferecidos pelo funcionario junior ,so pude sepultar minha queruida irma depois de pagar a parte ao cemiterio, e esse servico nos foi oferecido
Total disappointment, there is an employee named Junior who, apart from charging services that do not comply, still charge much more expensive, if it is private cemetery the service is charged by the funeral home and the cemetery, I had the biggest disappointment because my sister passed away but was not done the procedures offered by the junior employee, I could only bury my dear sister after paying the cemetery part, and this service was offered to us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe faleceu hoje de manhã e nessas situações a gente fica com a cabeça à mil. O atendimento da Funerária foi excelente, foram prestativos, e muito humanos.Foi tudo resolvido rapidamente. Agradeço de coração ao Sr. Oliveira e o Othoniel que cuidou de tudo.
My mother passed away this morning and in these situations we have a lot of heads. The funeral service was excellent, they were helpful, and very human. Everything was quickly resolved. I sincerely thank Mr. Oliveira and Othoniel who took care of everything.
