★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveria ter mais especialidades clínicas já que é um plano de saúde,o atendimento muito demorado,e também um cemitério próprio, diferente dos outros planos,temos que enterrar nossos familiares naquela imundície que é o bom jardim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe paga esse plano há mais de 12 anos, também paga o cemitério e quando precisamos usar pela primeira vez neste domingo dia 26/04/2020 para enterrar minha avó ainda precisamos pagar uma taxa absurda de mais de 700 reais. Ninguém entende o porquê já que não houve preparação de corpo e nem velório e muito menos uso de ônibus ou outro transporte de familiares para o cemitério. Difícil entender o que foi cobrado?
My mother has paid for this plan for over 12 years, she also pays for the cemetery and when we need to use it for the first time this Sunday, April 26, 2020 to bury my grandmother, we still need to pay an absurd fee of over 700 reais. Nobody understands why since there was no body preparation or wake, much less the use of buses or other transportation of family members to the cemetery. Difficult to understand what was charged?

Nos informaram que o corpo estaria liberado para a realização do velório às 22:30.
Chegamos às 22:00 na Funerária SBC da Rua Afrânio Peixoto, ao chegarmos ficamos mais de 20 minutos do lado de fora.. Na rua.. Esperando alguém abrir.. Liguei por duas vezes pedindo pra abrir..e o pior de tudo o corpo que ia sair as 22:30 passou a ser marcado pra sair as 23:00 00:00.
Ou seja sem nenhum respeito pela dor e nem pela segurança de todos nós familiares e amigos.
It was disrespectful and humiliating to family and friends.
We were informed that the body would be released for the funeral at 10:30 pm.
We arrived at 22:00 at the Funerária SBC on Rua Afrânio Peixoto, when we arrived we were outside for more than 20 minutes .. On the street .. Waiting for someone to open .. I called twice asking to open..and the worst of all body that was going to leave at 22:30 started to be marked to leave at 23:00 00:00.
In other words, without any respect for the pain or for the safety of all of us family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente,hà 20 anos dessa SBC funerária,estou decepcionada.Fiz uma atualização dos dependentes mandaram a carteirinha,veio errado o nome de um dos dependentes, devolvir para corrigirem fiquei sem retorno um ano,já tinha até esquecido, liguei e cobrei por não terem mandado a carteirinha atualizada.Então fui informada que seria 5 reais pra mandar outra carteira, se o erro foi deles não é justo cobrar, recebir hoje 13/10/2021 estou pesquisando outro plano que aceita até 9 dependentes fora o titular e muito mais barato graças à Deus que existe a concorrência!
I've been a customer for 20 years of this funeral home, I'm disappointed. I updated the dependents, they sent the card, the name of one of the dependents came wrong, return it for correction, I didn't return for a year, I had even forgotten, I called and charged for not have sent the updated card. So I was informed that it would be 5 reais to send another card, if the mistake was theirs, it is not fair to charge, receive today 10/13/2021 I am researching another plan that accepts up to 9 dependents other than the holder and much more cheap thank goodness there is competition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ano passado passei pela a dor de perder o meu pai, tinha um contrato já de 18 anos com essa empresa chamada SBC. O meu plano era de luxo , mas na verdade quando precisei eles deram um plano de lixo.
Essa empresa SBC não cumpriu com o que estava no contrato, não ofereceu o atendimento necessário, não tivemos um acolhimento humanizado....
Por isso estou aqui pra dizer que realmente essa empresa SBC não é confiável.
Decidimos depois de sermos enganados por essa empresa SBC, aderir uma outra empresa fúnebre.
Last year I went through the pain of losing my father, I had an 18-year contract with this company called SBC. My plan was a luxury one, but in fact when I needed it they gave a trash plan.
This SBC company did not comply with what was in the contract, did not offer the necessary assistance, we did not have a humanized welcome ....
So I am here to say that this SBC company is really not to be trusted.
We decided after being deceived by this SBC company, to join another funeral company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma esperiencia péssima, quando eu fui pagar a parcela do carnê em uma filial a moça disse que eu não tinha pago, uma prestação anterior a 2 meses. Eu falei que tinha pago. A moça disse que eu não tinha. Eu nunca deixei de pagar uma conta. E ficou por isso mesmo, eu paguei 2 vezes o mesmo mês. Eu não confiei em pagar mais em filial. Você leva o carnê, coloca no verso do carnê só o carimbo e a data do pagamento de caneta. Pra mim isso não é recibo. Deveria ser como na lotérica. Ter a data, hora, segundos, o valor. Aí eu ligo para a matriz da funerária para eles me mandarem as prestações com o código de barras para
meu e-mail e eles não atendem. Eu acho isso uma irresponsabilidade. Eu só confio em pagar na lotérica. Por mim eu mudava de funerária. Se não resolverem eu ligo p/ a reguladora das funerárias e levo todos os carnês para o Procon.
I had a terrible experience, when I went to pay the installment of the booklet at a branch, the lady said that I had not paid, an installment prior to 2 months. I said I had paid. The girl said I didn't have it. I never failed to pay a bill. And that was it, I paid twice the same month. I didn't trust paying more in affiliate. You take the booklet, put on the back of the booklet only the stamp and the pen payment date. For me this is not a receipt. It should be like the lottery. Have the date, time, seconds, value. Then I call the funeral home head office so they can send me the installments with the barcode for
my email and they don't answer. I think this is irresponsible. I only trust paying at the lottery. For me, I changed the funeral home. If they don't, I call the funeral home regulator and take all the meats to Procon.

Fomos prontamente atendidos, não deixaram nada a desejar, ótimo atendimento, profissionais Super atenciosos e prestativos. Deu tudo certo ?
My father was an SBC holder. His desire was to be buried in his native land, in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte. When he died, my brother and I activated the plan.
