★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima oficina, levei o carro porque era a credenciada pela cooperativa Altis para o reparo. Empresa conserta um lado e danifica o outro lado. Dixa as peças mal encaixadas, minha bateria foi danificada, carro saiu sujo, o que custa para uma empresa desse tamanho lavar o carro antes de entregar para o cliente. Só tenho decepção desse lugar.
Bad workshop, I took the car because it was accredited by the Altis cooperative for the repair. Company repairs one side and damages the other side. It fixes the badly fitted parts, my battery was damaged, the car came out dirty, which costs a company of this size to wash the car before delivering it to the customer. I'm just disappointed in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vou generalizar, porque não conheço o Serviço, mas ñ gostei do Atendimento. O Rapaz q fez o Orçamento do Reparo nem se quer me atendeu na Sala. Simplesmente tirou Foto e disse q mandaria por e-mail. Qdo liguei pra perguntar do Orçamento, fez pouca Causa da Situação. Ou está cheio de Serviço e ñ precisa pegar o meu ou o Rapaz não serve pra Atendimento ao Cliente.
I won't generalize, because I don't know the Service, but I didn't like the Service. The guy who did the repair budget didn't even answer me in the room. He simply took a photo and said he would send it by e-mail. When I called to ask about the Budget, it did little to cause the situation. Either it's full of Service and you don't need to get mine or the Boy is not for Customer Service.
