★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca na minha vida fui num lugar com profissionais tão incompetentes e relaxados... Aconselho ao dono fazer um curso de capacitação e realmente participar. Não sei o que é mais frustante pra ele se é desconhecer do próprio negócio, ou depender dos outros para fazer o que ele como dono deveria saber. Não aconselho ninguém a ir nesse lugar, pois a hora que deixei o carro lá zerei a km, eles nem perceberam mas tinha andado quase 20km com meu carro, o qual deixou sujo, como nunca esteve.
Imagina só, deixo meu carro e ele se acha no direito de usar. Além de incompetentes, despreparados, o serviço é de fundo de quintal, pior que não paguei pouco, ainda chego lá a tardinha e ele tah esperando todo orgulhoso do trabalho, nem eu que sou leiga consigo ver que que o serviço é péssimo.
Não aconselho... Melhor pegar o dinheiro e rasgar.

I do not know what is most frustrating for him if he does not know his own business, or depends on others to do what he as an owner should know. I do not advise anyone to go there, because the time I left the car there I would drive for miles, they didn't even realize it but I had driven almost 20km with my car, which left it dirty, as it never was.
Just imagine, I leave my car and he is entitled to use it. In addition to being incompetent, unprepared, the service is from the backyard, worse that I didn't pay too little, I still get there in the evening and he is waiting all proud of his work, nor am I a layman and I can see that the service is terrible.
I don't advise ... Better take the money and tear it up.
