Não tem água no filtro q é o mínimo q uma "empresa" pode oferecer ao cliente . Sempre mando motoboys para buscar , e sempre a atrasos , hj sei pq . Muita cvsa entre os funcionários da expedição parece ser bastante funcionários mas todos bem despreparados pelo tempo esperado cheguei avia um caminhão no pátio aguardando para coletar , sai avia mais 5 e nem o primeiro avia pegado nada . Preço bom , mas má qualidade de serviço. Muito descaso com o cliente pelo q vi e li nos comentários anteriores. Mas quem sabe um dia possa mudar a "atitude" e "respeito" com os clientes . Péssima experiência.
Badly educated employees, they don't know anything, they don't know how to answer anything, they are poorly informed. Too long to take a single order. There is no water in the filter which is the least a "company" can offer the customer. I always send motoboys to pick them up, and always late, now I know why. A lot of cvsa among the expedition's employees seems to be a lot of employees, but all of them are quite unprepared for the expected time. I arrived by a truck in the yard waiting to collect, leaves with 5 more and not even the first one took anything. Good price but poor quality of service. Very disregard for the customer from what I saw and read in the previous comments. But who knows, maybe one day I can change the "attitude" and "respect" with customers. Bad experience.
