★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já utilizo os produtos da marca ha um tempo e gosto, mas a empresa precisa se atentar a certos produtos( sanitario canino Dog toalete por exemplo), os tornando de fácil manuseio para limpeza e que seja de material não tao liso. Talvez uma pesquisa de campo com clientes que usam vcs possam identificar esses detalhes para melhoria.EDITANDO: Infelizmente a empresa apagou meu comentário nas redes sociais onde pontuei pontos negativos do produto mencionado acima . Caiu no meu conceito pois A relação com.cliente deve ser de parceria, ouvir o feedback e se possivel for ,melhorar o produto, nem tudo é 100% positivo.
I have been using the brand's products for a while and taste, but the company needs to pay attention to certain products (Dog toilet dog toilet for example), making them easy to handle for cleaning and that is not so smooth material. Perhaps a field survey with customers who use you can identify these details for improvement. EDITING: Unfortunately the company deleted my comment on social media where I pointed out negative points of the product mentioned above. It fell on my concept because the com.cliente relationship must be one of partnership, listening to feedback and, if possible, improving the product, not everything is 100% positive.
