★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo amarcamos o dia e quando cheguei para efetuar a troca fui informado que a troca só iria acontecer após as 4 horas da tarde e que teria que retirar o carro no outro dia ou esperar na rua para secar a colo. A gerente Tais simplesmente ignorou que sou de minas e andei 300 km e não fizeram o serviço.
Terribly we scheduled the day and when I arrived to make the exchange I was informed that the exchange would only happen after 4 pm and that I would have to remove the car the next day or wait on the street to dry it on my lap. The manager Tais simply ignored that I'm from mines and I walked 300 km and they didn't do the service.
