★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já sou cliente a muitos anos. Sempre fui muito bem atendida pelo dono da loja, é sempre comprei areia em fardo., sachês em caixa. No sabado dia 09/05/2020 fui a loja as 13h25 e pedi 1 fardo da areia q compro sempre. Já obtive desconto qdo comprei fardo. Nossa, fiquei furiosa com a má Educação de um funcionário q estava no caixa. Ele me falou o preço e eu falei, nossa eu pagava 6.00 nessa areia ele disse assim, vce não sabe ver não? O valor está por 6.50 cada pacote. Vai levar o fardo ou não, pq vce está me atrapalhando aqui no caixa. Eu olhei, é perguntei vce é filho do dono? Ele disse Não, sou funcionário pq?
Eu falei, pq o senhor sempre me atende com educação e muitas vezes me da um desconto de 2.00 . Ele então disse, se quiser é o valor q estou te passando, senão quiser , pode ir pra outra loja. Sai de lá furiosa, queria voar no pescoço dele. Meu esposo então, entrou na loja e ele fez a mesma coisa. Não me lembro se eu peguei de volta os 50.00 ou se perdi na porta da loja ao pegar a chave do carro. Só me dei conta da falta do $ qdo parei em outra loja para comprar areia. Só sei, q saímos da loja muito magoados . Pq ele podia ter dito, olha o dono não está, não posso dar desconto de 0.20, sei lá. Mas não precisava ser mal educado . Não fomos estúpidos e nem mal educados com ele. Não precisava fazer isso. Espero de verdade q os donos possam ver isso e saber quem são as pessoas q estão lá na loja, qdo eles não estão. I have been a customer for many years. I have always been very well attended by the store owner, I always bought sand in bundles, sachets in boxes. On saturday 09/05/2020 I went to the store at 1:25 pm and asked for a bundle of sand that I always buy. I already got a discount when I bought a bundle. Wow, I was furious with the bad education of an employee who was at the register. He told me the price and I said, wow I used to pay 6.00 on this sand he said like this, you don't know how to see? The value is 6.50 each package. Will you take the burden or not, because you are disturbing me here at the register. I looked, I asked, are you the owner's son? He said No, why am I an employee?
I said, because you always serve me politely and often give me a discount of 2.00. He then said, if you want, it's the amount I'm giving you, otherwise, you can go to another store. I left there furious, I wanted to fly around his neck. My husband then went into the store and he did the same thing. I don't remember if I got the 50.00 back or lost it at the store door when I got the car key. I only realized the lack of $ qdo stopped at another store to buy sand. I just know, we left the store very hurt. Because he could have said, look the owner is not there, I can't give a discount of 0.20, I don't know. But he didn't have to be rude. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morro de dó daqueles passarinhos lá fora não importa se está frio ou calor gaiolas sujas e velhas as pessoas deveriam ter consciência em não comprar bicho lá. Outro dia tinha um coelho grande dentro de uma gaiola pequena ele não conseguia se mexer!
Já tinha comprado ração da Golden gato a granel algumas vezes então sabia como era o grão, um belo dia comprei a ração chegando em casa ao abrir o saco da ração quase caí para traz qual o mal cheiro fui analisar o grão da ração era diferente do que estava acostumada a comprar ( eu sei que depende do sabor o grão pode mudar mais nesse caso eles só vendem a granel de frango) não tive coragem de dar a ração e joguei fora com certeza colocaram outra a ração e venderam como Golden não comprou mais ração a granel aí e nem comida para passarinho a granel que já veio com bicho.

I had already bought Golden Gato's feed in bulk a few times so I knew how the grain was, one fine day I bought the ration when I got home when I opened the ration bag I almost fell back which bad smell I went to analyze the grain of the ration was different from that I was used to buying (I know it depends on the flavor, the grain can change more, in which case they only sell chicken in bulk) I didn't have the courage to give the ration and I threw it away for sure they put another ration and sold it as Golden didn't buy anymore bulk feed there and not bulk bird food that came with an animal.
