★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam a peça errada, agendei a troca na oficina, hoje (17/11/21) as 8h, entrei em contato, eles não tem a peça certa. Vinheram retirar a peça por volta das 10h e até agora não fizeram o estorno. A loja disse que o RH talvez fará a tarde. Mas tudo sem previsão.
Estou com meu carro parado na oficina, esperando o reembolso que não foi feito pela loja. Mesmo depois deles retirarem a peça errada. Agora estou sem a peça e sem o dinheiro! Uma falta de respeito sem tamanho com o consumidor
They sold me the wrong part, I scheduled the replacement at the workshop, today (11/17/21) at 8:00 am, I got in touch, they don't have the right part. They came to pick up the piece at around 10 am and so far they have not reversed it. The store said HR might make the afternoon. But all without prediction.
I have my car parked in the garage, waiting for a refund that was not made by the store. Even after they removed the wrong piece. Now I am without the part and without the money! An immeasurable lack of respect for the consumer
