Fiz pelo site, ai tive que ligar também e fui super bem atendida, quando fui buscar o livreto na loja da Bias Fortes, foi também excelente atendimento tanto da recepcionista, quanto da Roberta ( acho que o nome é este mesmo) que me entregou a mercadoria. Eu AMEI o trabalho da FUTURA EXPRESS e sem, dúvida virei cliente e indicarei essa gráfica tão comprometida com o produto e com o atendimento ao cliente.
I got to know FUTURA EXPRESS this week, because I needed to print a booklet. I did it through the website, then I had to call too and I was very well attended, when I went to get the booklet at the Bias Fortes store, it was also excellent service from both the receptionist and Roberta (I think the name is the same) who handed me over to merchandise. I LOVED the work of FUTURA EXPRESS and without a doubt I became a customer and I will recommend this printer so committed to the product and customer service.
