★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a futura veículos,Havia fechado um carro com eles ontem 28/10 às 18:00 e estava tudo combinado com a vendedora para assinar o documento hoje 29/10.Simplesmente sem qualquer tipo de atenção ao cliente, ao chegar a loja as 08:30 conforme combinado a vendedora havia fechado com outra pessoa o carro que eu havia combinado com ela.Nem se quer uma ligação ou para me avisar que havia outra pessoa interessada no carro.
Ao questionar o Dono do estabelecimento ele me disse que não poderia ficar segurando o carro.
Não acho problema em ele vender o carro para outra pessoa e nem pedi para que segurasse apenas poderia ter me comunicado para mim que havia pessoas na frente para comprar o carro por que assim eu não poder ficar contando com o carro e procurar ou até me oferecer outro.
Já não é a primeira vez que isso acontece lá ,para que outras pessoas não sejam enganadas e destratadas como eu fui aconselho a verem esse comentário antes.
I do not recommend future vehicles, had closed a car with them yesterday 28/10 at 18:00 and it was all arranged with the seller to sign the document today 29/10. Simply without any kind of customer service, when arriving the store at 8.30am as agreed the saleswoman had closed with someone else the car that I had arranged with her.No one wants a call or to let me know that someone else was interested in the car.
When questioning the shopkeeper he told me he could not hold the car.
I have no problem with him selling the car to someone else and I didn't even ask him to insure it could just have told me that there were people in front to buy the car so that I could not count on the car and even look for it other.
This is not the first time this has happened there, so that other people are not deceived and spoiled as I was advised to see this comment before.
