★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar que pretendo não voltar mais. Atendimento demorado de mais, mais de uma hora pra entregar o pedido na mesa. O garçom que me atendeu é grosseiro e oferece um péssimo atendimento, pra conseguir chamar um deles demora mais de 20 minutos. Não fazem a limpeza regular da mesa, respondem o cliente com grosseria.
Foi solicitado uma reclamação sobre demora, e o garçom fala assim: "Ta reclamando com a pessoa errada" só que a certa (gerente) também nem deu as caras.
Então acredito que expor esse tipo de restaurante e atendimento é fundamental para evitar frustração de pessoas desavisadas.
Além disso, pessoas que pediram depois de mim receberam o pedido primeiro. Ou seja, zero logística do estabelecimento! ?
 A place I intend never to return to. Delayed service of more than an hour to deliver the order at the table. The waiter who attended me is rude and offers a terrible service, it takes more than 20 minutes to call one of them. They do not clean the table regularly, the customer responds rudely.
A complaint about delay was requested, and the waiter said: "You're complaining to the wrong person" but the right one (manager) didn't show up either.
So I believe that exposing this type of restaurant and service is essential to avoid the frustration of unsuspecting people.
Also, people who ordered after me received the order first. That is, zero logistics of the establishment! ?
