★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra, a vendedora me prometeu um prazo e os boletos chegaram com outro. Entrei em contato com a empresa e me informaram que aquele prazo não existia. Me prometeram outro prazo e alegaram que os boletos seriam atualizados. Aguardei o reenvio deles até que recebi uma ligação de cobrança do financeiro. Após o financeiro me ligar, me informaram que não tinha sido possível a atualização do prazo e sequer me avisaram.
Essa não foi a primeira vez que tivemos problemas com a fuzil, mas com certeza foi a ultima.
I made a purchase, the saleswoman promised me one deadline and the tickets came with another. I got in touch with the company and they informed me that the deadline did not exist. I was promised another deadline and claimed that the tickets would be upgraded. I waited for their resubmission until I received a billing call from the financier. After the financier called me, they informed me that it was not possible to update the deadline and they did not even let me know.
This was not the first time we had problems with the rifle, but it was certainly the last.
