★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indicaria! Acabei achando a academia pela proximidade da minha residência, depois pesquisei, até achei interessante o espaço.
Procurei contato, obtive a atenção necessária e as informações necessárias para entrar a academia.
Embora deixou a a desejar!
Porque dentro das informações que me passou, eu teria ajuda e informação assim que eu chegasse ao local para fechar o negócio.
Bom, não teve avaliação física, não teve pergunta sobre o que gostaria da academia, nem teve Almenos um questionário para saber se tenho algum tipo de doença, tipo asma ou cardíacas.
Simplesmente disse pode entrar e fazer! Beleza, embarquei nessa, Por que tinha uma "pessoa" me acompanhando. Fiz esteira, depois me colocaram de malhar perna, mesmo eu parada à 3 anos e informando isso a pessoa! Questionei, mas a pessoa disse "pode fazer", tem que fazer com essa carga mesmo, vamos!!!
Resultado! Estou com extensão na coxa, não é aquela dor normal de quando começa academia.
Mas sim uma inflamação no músculo pelo excesso de pesso que a "pessoa" passou mesmo eu questionando, peguei e fiz por que acreditei no que ela estava falando. Acreditei no domínio da pessoa!
O local é bacana, mas pouco ventilado.
Os equipamentos da pra usar, embora muitos estão em manutenção.
Então, só indicaria se você mesmo já souber fazer seu treino sozinha.
Mas caso, esta na como eu, muito tempo parada atrás de melhoras na saude e físicas, procure uma que tenha avaliação física, que prepare um treino de acordo com sua necessidade, e que seja preparado pra você por um profissional adequado que possa te acompanhar e aconselhar com qualidade.

I made a treadmill, then they put me to work out my leg, even though I had stopped for 3 years and I informed the person about it! I questioned, but the person said "you can do it", you have to do it with this load, let's go!!!
Result! I have an extension in my thigh, it's not that normal pain when you start gym.
But rather an inflammation in the muscle due to excess weight that the "person" went through, even though I questioned it, took it and did it because I believed what she was talking about. I believed in the person's domain!
The place is nice, but poorly ventilated.
The equipment can be used, although many are under maintenance.
So, I would only indicate if you already know how to do your training yourself.
But if, like me, you are stuck looking for health and physical improvements for a long time, look for one that has a physical assessment, that prepares a workout according to your needs, and that is prepared for you by a suitable professional who can accompany you and advise with quality.
