★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo!!!! Contratamos o serviço desta empresa após uma indicação e o que nos chamou a atenção foi o fato de terem como atrativos, pintura no rosto e escultura com balões. O valor dos brinquedos não era dos melhores, mas o pacote ficaria com um preço bom. A festa foi no dia 25/11 e às 15h e a proprietária nos ligou no mesmo dia as 14h para nos avisar que a pessoa que faria caricatura e balões não poderia ir mais. Nos avisou a apenas 1 hora antes da festa em um domingo. Ela nos disse que a pessoa foi para o hospital na noite anterior, porém, acredito que se é uma empresa séria, teriam um plano B ou teriam nos avisado antes. E pra terminar, quando terminamos a festa, as 19h, o funcionario que ficou responsável pelos brinquedos avisou a sua chefe que já havia terminado e a mesma só chegou no prédio pra retirada dos mesmos às 22h30 sendo que o combinado era pra retirar logo após o fim da festa. Tive que esperar a boa vontade da mesma até as 22h30 e ainda me cobrou uma taxa pois paguei uma parte do pacote em cartão de crédito.

I do not recommend!!!! We hired the service of this company after an indication and what caught our attention was the fact that they have as attractions, face painting and sculpture with balloons. The value of the toys was not the best, but the package would have a good price. The party was on 11/25 and at 3 pm and the owner called us on the same day at 2 pm to let us know that the person who would do the caricature and balloons could not go anymore. He warned us just 1 hour before the party on a Sunday. She told us that the person went to the hospital the night before, however, I believe that if it is a serious company, they would have a plan B or they would have warned us earlier. And to finish, when we finished the party, at 7 pm, the employee who was responsible for the toys told his boss that he had already finished and she only arrived at the building to pick them up at 10:30 pm, and the arrangement was to remove it right after the end of party. I had to wait until the goodwill of the same until 22:30 and still charged me a fee because I paid a part of the package by credit card.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
