 I really like their services… quality internet, whenever I need something, the super polite attendants and technicians attend to us, answer our questions… I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO DE UM TAL DE ELON , MAL EDUCADO, BAIXO, NAO RESOLVEM MEU PROBLEMA, FAZ 4 DIAS QUE ESTOU SEM INTERNET POR QUE UM TECNICO FOI FAZER A TROCA DE LOCALIDADE E ALTEROU A SENHA DO MEU WIFI E NINGUEM DESSA EMPRESA SE PRONTIFICA A AJUDAR O CLIENTE E POR ISTO ESTOU ENTRANDO COM UM PROCESSO CONTRA ELES.
TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM SUCH A ELON, RUDE, LOW, DOES NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM, I'VE BEEN WITHOUT INTERNET FOR 4 DAYS BECAUSE A TECHNICIAN WENT TO CHANGE THE LOCATION AND CHANGED MY WIFI PASSWORD AND NO ONE FROM THIS COMPANY IS READY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER AND THAT'S WHY I'M FILING A CASE AGAINST THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orrivel passei quase um ano com a internet me mudei p outro pedi a transferência assim fizeram depois pedi o cancelamento eles falaram que tinha que pagar uma multa não paguei então depois de paga uma internet ruim eles colocaram meu nome no Serasa por não pagar a multa pq além de presta um serviço orrivel a com o passar do tempo e internet fica muito fraca não contrate agora tô vendo o que posso fazer p tirar meu nome de do Serasa
Orrivel I spent almost a year with the internet I moved to another I asked for the transfer like this they did then I asked for the cancellation they said I had to pay a fine I didn't pay so after paying a bad internet they put my name on Serasa for not paying the fine because in addition to providing a horrible service, over time and the internet is very weak don't hire it now I'm seeing what I can do to get my name out of Serasa

Awful! Dishonesty. They provide bad service. They don't serve you properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu simplesmente não consigo cancelar a Internet, já liguei, já fui onde se diz ser a loja, já fiz de TUUUUUDO! E simplesmente é impossível cancelar, ninguém atende, ninguém resolve, é um serviço péssimo! Agora é procurar meus direitos judicialmente para conseguir fazer o básico, cancelar!
I just can't cancel the Internet, I've already called, I've been to where the store is said to be, I've done TUUUUUDO! And it's simply impossible to cancel, no one answers, no one solves, it's a terrible service! Now it's time to look for my rights in court to be able to do the basics, cancel!

NÃO RECOMENDO, péssimo pós venda!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando cancelar e eles não cancelam, tento entrar em contato por ligação e após ficar meia hora esperando na linha simplesmente desliga. Ao falar no chat eles só ficam dizendo para eu aguardar. O engraçado é que para fazer a instalação do serviço é fácil, como lei deve ser fácil finalizar um contrato também, inclusive por ser uma internet horrível, atendimento horrível e nota horrível
I'm trying to cancel and they don't cancel, I try to get in touch by calling and after waiting half an hour on the line it just hangs up. When talking in chat they just keep telling me to wait. The funny thing is that installing the service is easy, as the law must be easy to finalize a contract too, including because of the horrible internet, horrible service and horrible grade.
