Workout there since last year .... good gym ... weight training and jiu-jitsu ... great value for money and the team there is too responsive .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho gostado muito, as pessoas são tranquilas e os professores atenciosos, dão atenção e mostram q estão atentos aos alunos, só o que é meio chato de se ver são os equipamentos um pouco envelhecidos e enferrujados mas dá pra usar perfeitamente.
I've enjoyed it a lot, people are calm and the teachers are attentive, they pay attention and show that they are attentive to the students, the only thing that is kind of boring to see is the equipment a little aged and rusty, but you can use it perfectly.
