★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobram uma taxa de análise, mesmo que o defeito esteja aparente. Demoram mais que qualquer outra empresa do mesmo setor para concluir o seu serviço, não recomendo.
They charge an analysis fee, even if the defect is apparent. It takes more than any other company in the same industry to complete your service, I do not recommend it.

Levei de volta. e depois de vários dias fui buscar e disseram que estava boa , mas deu no mesmo. O defeito continua . Aliás eu levei para uma empresa séria e descobriram o verdadeiro defeito.
Perdi o tempo além do valor.
Mas a empresa perde muito mais pela desonestidade.Nota zero..Depois disso eu descobri que aconteceu com váriaa pessoas. Obs eu ia colocar Nenhuma estrela, mas não consegui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei o serviço da assistência para o concerto de um equipamento, o atendimento foi excelente, o concerto foi feito num prazo muito curto, só pecaram um pouca na questão de repassar as informações, me deram 7 dias para retorno porém não me ligaram, quando recebi o contato 15 dias depois já foi para a retirada.
