Está péssima a fila de cones colocada próximo ao guichê de pagamento pois as pessoas, em sua grande maioria, são mal educadas, egocêntricas e sem noção, e param seus carros no meio da passagem. Como foi colocada essa fila de cones, somos obrigados, diariamente, a esperar devido à ignorância dos outros. poque não deixar as duas passagens livres? Ao menos vamos poder passar pela outra faixa e seguir nosso caminho, nossos horários, sem precisar nos irritarmos com a ignorância das pessoas. Utilizo o estacionamento diariamente e tem sido difícil. E não fica nenhum colaborador do estacionamento para orientar os usuários ignorantes. Outra sugestão, porque não coloca um guichê específico para os usuários da selfit próximos da selfit? Seria mais cômodo para eles e seria uma quantidade muito menor de paradas próximo ao guichê/ meio do caminho/ saída.

At least we will be able to go through the other lane and go on our way, our schedules, without having to be irritated by people's ignorance. I use parking daily and it has been difficult. And there is no parking collaborator to guide ignorant users. Another suggestion, why not put a specific window for selfit users close to selfit? It would be more comfortable for them and there would be a lot less stops near the ticket window / half way / exit.
