Se poderem ver esta Avaliação por favor passem logo o telefone de contato novo.
They use my home phone number, they don't exchange contact numbers. I have received several referred calls from this company, such as: Judicial Collection, Clients looking for information about delivery, Ex employees to contact financial, and others ... finally every day, starts with call morning until night. If you can see this Rating, please pass the new contact number right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu também não consigo ligar, eu mando e-mail e recebo um e-mail automático no nome de Maria. Comprei no Walmart e achava que seria a Transfolha que viria entregar, e para a minha tristeza será a G9 Transportes. Que Deus tenha misericórdia de mim....kkkkk
I can't call either, I send email and I get an automatic email in Maria's name. I bought it at Walmart and thought it would be Transfolha that I would deliver, and to my sadness it will be G9 Transportes. May God have mercy on me .... kkkkk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe da transportadora foi entregar, no dia 28/01/2016, mas como eu moro no 6º Andar e o sofa não coube no elevador, eles alegaram que subiria até o 3º andar pelas escadas... Pergunta que não quer calar.. eu que teria que levar o sofá até o meu apto? E outra coisa, a equipe do meu prédio (porteiro e auxiliares) por me conhecer bastante, ofereceram ajuda para carregar.. Mas a equipe da transportadora levou o sofá de volta... Agora hoje, fiquei sabendo que eles levaram o produto de volta para Guarulhos, sem ao menos me dar uma ligada...
Lamentável.
The carrier's team went to deliver, on 01/28/2016, but as I live on the 6th floor and the sofa didn't fit in the elevator, they claimed they would go up to the 3rd floor up the stairs ... Question that doesn't want to shut up .. I would have to take the couch to my fit? And another thing, the staff of my building (porter and assistants) for knowing me well, offered help to load .. But the carrier team took the sofa back ... Now today, I learned that they took the product back to Guarulhos, without even giving me a call ...
Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprarei mais na Walmart por conta desta transportadora - mal educados, falando palavrões, avariaram meu produro deixando-o cair por 3 vezes - e realizaram a entrega em um domingo, 2 dias após o previsto para entrega. Enfim, pessimo serviço prestado.
I will no longer buy from Walmart on behalf of this carrier - ill-mannered, cursing, broke my product and dropped it 3 times - and delivered on a Sunday, 2 days after delivery. Anyway, poor service.

Odiei o entregador, caixa violado, mal educado e na hora da entrega estava ocupado e não atendi tão logo ele bateu na porta, insistente no último... falta de ética, parecia q a entrega era caso de vida ou morte...o quarteirão inteiro deve ter ouvido os gritos.. Entrega, entrega, entrega....
I will not buy more at walmart if I do not change carriers. I hated the delivery man, cashier violated, rude and at the time of delivery was busy and did not answer as soon as he knocked on the door, insistent on the last ... unethical, it seemed that delivery was a matter of life or death ... the block whole must have heard the screams .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido a ser entregue em meu endereço, pedido nro 52376362 do Walmart, simplesmente não chega. A transportadora só diz que vai no endereço e não encontra ninguém. Só se estão indo no endereço errado, caso contrário mentem descaradamente pq tem gente em casa o tempo todo nesses inúmeros dias que marcaram para a entrega. Já passou da hora dessas lojas grandes usarem transportadoras confiáveis.
Request to be delivered to my address, Walmart's request number 52376362, simply does not arrive. The carrier just says she's going to the address and can not find anyone. Only if they are going in the wrong address, otherwise lie shamelessly because there are people at home all the time on those countless days that have marked for delivery. It's past time for these large stores to use reliable carriers.
