★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade dos calçados merece 5 estrelas, conhecemos o dono e sua filha e são pessoas excelentes, mas o atendimento online atual da loja está péssimo, demora de 24hs a 48hs, fazendo perder tempo e vendas, a informação que nos passam é demanda de serviços, enviei um funcionários diversas vezes e não tinha nem cliente na e aparentemente tranquilo no balcão, o mesmo teve que pedir pra ela nos atender no whatsapp. ?
The quality of the shoes deserves 5 stars, we know the owner and his daughter and they are excellent people, but the store's current online service is terrible, it takes from 24 hours to 48 hours, losing time and sales, the information they give us is a demand for services , I sent an employee several times and I didn't even have a customer at the counter and apparently quiet at the counter, he had to ask her to meet us on whatsapp. ?
