Mas o problema veio depois da entrega, o box da cama veio defeituoso, torto, pé quebrado.. O colchão veio tbm com calombos, compramos a cama há 4 meses. No início quando reclamei, a dona falou que era defeito e que iria fazer outro box, 1 semana depois ela disse que já havia encomendado o box e que iria trocar. Mas aí nos últimos meses, ela sequer me responde no whats.
Eu não compraria nessa loja novamente, tanto é que já comprei jogo de sofá, mesa e outras coisas mais e não comprei lá. Decepcionado, pois no atendimento da compra era tudo Maravilha, mas depois de pago aí se conhece a verdade sobre a loja......HORRÍVEL PÓS COMPRA,

I wouldn't buy at that store again, so much so that I already bought a sofa, table and other things and I didn't buy there. Disappointed, because when it came to shopping, everything was wonderful, but after paying, you know the truth about the store ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito bonita. Atendimento muito bom. Porèm estou tendo serios problemas com o colchao comprado ai. A compra foi do colchao de casal ortocrin sense que me falaram maravilhas. Porem o colchao afunda todo quando a gente deita nele e no outro dia as dores sao terriveis. A coluna fica todo torta por causa do colchao. E apos conversa com a gerente ela me afirmou que nada pode ser feito o que acho um absurdo uma empresa ter um produto que faz mal a saude do consumidor disponivel no mercado.
Very beautiful shop. Very good service. However, I am having serious problems with the mattress I bought there. The purchase was the double mattress ortocrin sense that told me wonders. However, the mattress sinks when we lie on it and the next day the pains are terrible. The column is all crooked because of the mattress. And after talking to the manager she told me that nothing can be done which I think is absurd for a company to have a product that does harm to the health of the consumer available on the market.
