Mesmo com a pandemia honrou seus compromissos, coisa que nem grandes empresas e lojas virtuais estão fazendo.
Já COMPREI 3 camas de casal ( mãe, irmã e minha). E COMPRARIA NOVAMENTE.

PRICE, QUALITY, ATTENTION and COMMITMENT.
Even with the pandemic, it honored its commitments, which not even big companies and online stores are doing.
I have already purchased 3 double beds (mother, sister and mine). AND WOULD BUY AGAIN.

Podem olhar OUTROSSSS comentáriosss sempre o mesmo problema com entrega.
Ocorreu 2 emprevistos. O primeiro eu aceitei tranquila, esperei. Foi pedido para ir na loja quando eu já tinha saído de casa para chegar no horário marcado, me ligaram em cima da hora avisando de outro imprevisto.Nao quis mas correr riscos de imprevistos.
My experience was terrible, the seller's service is excellent, but the store owner does not respect the delivery date. For me there is no commitment to the customer. And neim an apology agent wins. I do not recommend.
They can look OTHERSSS comments always the same problem with delivery.
There were 2 contingencies. The first one I accepted calmly, I waited. I was asked to go to the store when I had already left the house to arrive at the scheduled time, they called me at the last minute to let me know of another unforeseen event.

Comprei no dia 27/12/2021 uma cabeceira que ficaram de entregar no dia 22/01/2022, não entregaram, fui até a loja e alegaram atraso do fabricante, voltei no dia 14/02 e ainda alegaram atraso do fabricante. Arrepedimento de ter realizado a compra, e ainda nem informam pro cliente, a vendedora informou que iria entrar em contato comigo e até hoje nada.
My experience was terrible, there is no commitment to the delivery time. I do not recommend. I bought a headboard on 12/27/2021 that had to be delivered on 01/22/2022, they didn't deliver, I went to the store and they claimed the manufacturer's delay, I came back on 02/14 and they still claimed the manufacturer's delay. Regret having made the purchase, and they still don't even inform the customer, the seller said she would contact me and still nothing.
