★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou dono da empresa, sobre o comentário da Luiza, nós oferecemos todo tipo de material de proteção para ela, e avisamos que nós não nos responsabilizamos pelo que não embalamos, e mesmo assim ela quis fazer o próprio serviço, e ela disse que pegaria caixas no mercado, fizemos o frete no valor do transporte, a embalagem foi toda dela, e assim sendo a responsabilidade, caso acontecesse alguma avaria seria dela também, o ideal seria desmontar tudo e embalar , mas ela quis que fosse do jeito dela, é nos tbm não trabalhamos com caixa de ovo.

EDIT JAN/2020: O Gabriel respondeu abaixo ao meu comentário e continua fugindo de sua responsabilidade. Depois que deu problema, resolveu que a culpa era toda minha. Tentei negociar numa boa e ele parou de responder. Na hora de resolver os prejuízos ele disse que enviaria uma pessoa aqui para avaliar os danos e isso nunca aconteceu. Um dos maiores prejuízos que tive foi da minha geladeira novinha, que ele mesmo embalou. Mudou o prazo da entrega, mudou as coisas de caminhão (sabe-se lá quantos). Depois de tudo isso disse que a culpa era toda minha por causa das embalagens. Por que ele aceitou levar a mudança, então? Já fiz diversas mudanças na minha vida e nenhuma foi tão mal feita quanto essa. Aliás, eles tem processo na justiça sobre isso.

I tried to negotiate in a good way and he stopped responding. When it came to resolving the damage, he said he would send someone here to assess the damage and that never happened. One of the biggest losses I had was from my brand new refrigerator, which he packed himself. The delivery time has changed, things have changed by truck (who knows how many). After all that, he said it was all my fault because of the packaging. Why did he agree to take the change, then? I have already made several changes in my life and none have been as badly made as this one. In fact, they have a lawsuit over this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não queria da essa nota mas algumas coisas deu errado, foi em casa embalar as coisas chegou com 2 ajudante 1 tava bêbado, cumpriu o acordo da saida do caminhão com a mudança, porém deixou coisas para trás, pediu um orçamento fizemos orçamento e ja faz 1 mês e ate hoje não fez o depósito para eu comprar o que esqueceram para trás, infelizmente acho que fui premiado para da errado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei a empresa para desmontar um apartamento completo e acomodar temporariamente num guarda moveis. Tudo (de moveis a roupa de cama e cozinha completa) foi embalado com capricho e respeito. A boa vontade de todos da equipe é absurda. Fazem ate mais do que prometem. Eu indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurem outro. Foi na minha casa, se mostrou um cara confiável, até o momento de receber o dinheiro e me enrolar pra mudança chegar. O seu filho Gabriel, foi buscar minhas coisas bêbado, ele e outro. Quando enfim as coisas chegarem ao destino, muitas coisas quebradas e outras avariadas. Sofá rasgado, base da mesa de jantar quebrada, sendo que ela saiu inteira da minha casa, 4 pires do conjunto de chá quebrados, balde de gelo, conjunto de potes de vidro. Sem contar que mandou minhas coisas divididas em 2 caminhões e nem sequer me avisou. Então o Conselho que dou, não façam nada com ele. Não indico nem pro meu pior inimigo. Ele é sacana e senvergonha. Não responde suas mensagens, você paga a mudança com o seguro, mas ele não faz o seguro.

Deu tudo certo: o Gabriel chegou dentro do horário combinado, trouxe 2 ajudantes, que embrulharam os móveis em cobertores e os transportaram com todo o cuidado. Foi bem rápido. Destaco que o Gabriel foi o único (dos contatos que fiz) a oferecer o serviço de embalagem, que foi muito importante para nós que não tínhamos tempo de sair correndo atrás de caixas de papelão e fita pra embalar os móveis. O preço foi um pouco mais alto, mas valeu a pena. Recomendo os serviços dele a todos e aproveito pra sugerir que todos sejam honestos na hora de pedir orçamento. Se tem que subir 4 lances de escada, por exemplo, tem que informar. Se são 20 itens a serem transportados, não pode dizer que são apenas 10, né? E daí por diante.
