Já que sexta seria o único dia que eu poderia utilizar o cupom. Atendimento a desejar. Pois se vc se compromete com um serviço, tem q realmente ter responsabilidade e acatar o que está oferecendo. E não somente lançar no mercado, deixando o cliente a desejar, como se ele tivesse pedido "um favor". Então eu detestei a experiência.
I bought a coupon from the Musketeers website, covering Monday through Friday. And the attendant informed me that she doesn't attend on Fridays, but that she would "schedule without certainty". Since Friday would be the only day I could use the coupon. Service to be desired. Because if you commit to a service, you have to really take responsibility and accept what you're offering. And not just launching it on the market, leaving the customer to be desired, as if he had asked for "a favor". So I hated the experience.
