★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Site com a maioria dos anúncios sem foto. No caso das coberturas colocam como área útil até o espaço vago descoberto. Deviam separar área útil e área construída. Perdi 40 minutos do meu tempo no site, faz parte do trabalho e é fundamental as fotos, sem foto melhor nem anunciar. Investem bastante no Facebook, mas uma pena qndo procuramos mais informações no site não ter.
Site with most ads without photo. In the case of the roofs, they put as a useful area even the vacant space discovered. They should separate the useful area and the built area. I wasted 40 minutes of my time on the site, it is part of the job and the photos are essential, without a better photo or advertise. They invest a lot on Facebook, but a shame when we look for more information on the site not to have.

Largaram as documentação na mão do comprador, e o rapaz não consegui finalizar
Em fim estou pagando 2 prestações, ja comprei outro imóvel, e dependo deste da venda para finalizar o meu.
Don't do business with this real estate company, I agreed to make a sale with them, they made me pay the commission in advance, and so far I'm waiting for the documents to be unrolled, this is since 11/26/2021
They left the documentation in the buyer's hand, and the guy couldn't finish it
In the end I'm paying 2 installments, I've already bought another property, and I depend on the sale to finish mine.
