★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a construtora Gafisa comprei um empreendimento iniciei minha obra de reparos no apartamento e quando terminei a obra em quatro meses, o Inea órgão responsável pela inspeção de gás esteve no prédio e condenou a tubulação do meu apartamento ou seja a construtora me vendeu um imóvel com o básico inadequado para uso alegaram ter vencido o prazo do consumidor para reverem este dano, pensem bem antes de comprar nesta construtora pois se comprar vc terá q se mudar urgente para descobrir se d fato a obra está ok. Estou indignada com a irresponsabilidade da construtora a qual poderia ter ocasionado graves acidentes ou até perdas de vida por escapamento de gás.
