★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, o atendimento é horrível (não atendem o telefone), não cumprem com o prazo de entrega, nao dão justificativa sobre o atraso, total falta de respeito com o cliente. NUNCA mais compro nesse armazém.
Terrible, the service is horrible (they don't answer the phone), they don't meet the delivery deadline, they don't justify the delay, total lack of respect with the customer. I NEVER buy from that warehouse anymore.

I bought it in the morning and they told me they would deliver it the next day until noon. All lie deliver after 3 days. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas experiências foram horríveis, sinceramente eu não sei pra que serve o telefone do armazém em Vila Rica, eles nunca atendem, não cumpre os prazos de entrega, e tbm não se justificam referente aos atrasos, já perdi 2 dias de trabalho do pedreiro por causa dos atrasos na entrega, estou decidido a não comprar mais neste lugar!
My experiences were horrible, honestly I don't know what the warehouse phone in Vila Rica is for, they never answer, they don't meet the delivery deadlines, and they are also not justified regarding delays, I already lost 2 days of the mason's work because of due to delays in delivery, I am determined not to buy more at this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são bons e o atendimento também, as entregas é que demoram um pouco mas tem chegado no prazo, aceita débito crédito e transferência, o que facilita os pagamentos, tem uma loja dentro do mercado público de Jaboatão que tem bastante variedade.
The prices are good and the service is good too, the deliveries take a while but they have arrived on time, accept credit and transfer debit, which facilitates payments, has a store within the public market of Jaboatão that has a lot of variety.
