★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito bom !!! O atendimento das meninas deixa MUITO A DESEJAR, vocês perde clientes pelos funcionários !!! Não tem simpática, carisma, educação.... é só mau humor e cara feia, parece que estão lá por obrigação, fazem só o básico do básico para nós clientes !!! Já fui muiiiitas vezes, hoje perderam cliente, já sentei em mesa com vômito de criança no chão em baixo da mesa e só vi depois ... detalhe, chamei a garçonete e ela já sabia do ocorrido e não limpou ! Os pedidos demora mto a vim....e dessa última vez os hot veio frio como se já estivesse lá faz tempo feito, veio mole, desmanchando e puro óleo...
Gostava muito quando era no Higienópolis, ali acho q já fui umas 6 vezes....e nenhuma vez sai de lá satisfeita !!! Cansei não insisto mais....perderam 4 clientes e pra todos que indiquei faço questão de contatar e orientar a não ir mais tbm !!!
De tudo o pior são as funcionárias/ atendentes principalmente aquela senhora mais de idade !!! Hoje em dia atendimento é TUDO !!!
It used to be really good!!! The service of the girls leaves a lot to be desired, you lose customers for the employees !!! There's no friendly, charisma, politeness.... it's just a bad mood and an ugly face, it seems that they are there out of obligation, they only do the basics for us customers!!! I've been there many times, today they lost a customer, I've sat at a table with a child's vomit on the floor under the table and I only saw it later... detail, I called the waitress and she already knew what happened and didn't clean it! The orders take a long time to come.... and this last time the hot ones came cold as if they had been there for a long time, came soft, falling apart and pure oil...
I liked it a lot when it was in Higienópolis, I think I've been there about 6 times.... and I never leave there satisfied !!! I'm tired, I don't insist anymore.... they lost 4 customers and for everyone I indicated I make a point of contacting and guiding them not to go anymore too!!!
Of all the worst are the employees / attendants especially that older lady !!! Today service is EVERYTHING!!!
