★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desculpe s Sinceridade mas não tolero desonestidade. E Gaiotto recebe dos inquilinos e repassa para o proprietário 10 dias após. Isto é ilegal. É aceitável 1 ou 2 dias. Comissões de Vendas a 8% praticado por todas as imobiliárias é agiotismo "legalizado " e deve ser rejeitado pelos proprietários....Você recebe isso numa aplicação no mercado financeiro? 3% e no máximo 4% deve ser negociado pelos proprietários.
Sorry s Sincerity but I do not tolerate dishonesty. And Gaiotto receives it from the tenants and transfers it to the owner 10 days later. This is illegal. 1 or 2 days is acceptable. 8% Sales Commissions practiced by all real estate companies is "legalized" moneylending and must be rejected by the owners....Do you receive this in an application in the financial market? 3% and maximum 4% must be negotiated by the owners.
