The professionals are good, but they lack professionalism and organization of the show. It is not a place that I would return to because I think it is absurd to schedule an appointment and wait 45 minutes without receiving any satisfaction ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou uma cliente habitual do salão, mas tive uma péssima experiência, após ter sido comprado pelo Grupo Gal de salões.
Os funcionários estavam se comportando, enquanto estava sendo atendida, como se não estivessem num ambiente profissional, prestando serviços a clientes.
Estava a maior bagunça e algazarra, perto do horário de fechamento para reforma. Os funcionários "brincavam" e "se agrediam verbalmente", resultando em um trabalho meia boca, feito sem atenção e capricho, além do desconforto que me causou.
Inclusive, uma dessas "brincadeiras" me incomodou profundamente: uma pessoa que - em sua conversa com as demais funcionárias - se autoentitulou responsável pela contratação de manicures disse, à manicure que estava fazendo minhas unhas, por ela estar distraída em conversa e não estar sendo eficaz na prestação do serviço, que bateria tanto nela, para que se lembrasse dos tempos em que era escrava (a manicure é negra).
Sem uma retratação e uma mudança de postura do time de profissionais, não me restará outra alternativa, senão parar de frequentar esse ambiente.
I am a regular customer of the salon, but I had a bad experience, after being bought by Grupo Gal de salons.
Employees were behaving, while being served, as if they were not in a professional environment, providing services to clients.
It was the biggest mess and racket, close to closing time for renovation. The employees "played" and "verbally attacked each other", resulting in a half-assed job, done without attention and care, in addition to the discomfort it caused me.
In fact, one of these "jokes" bothered me deeply: a person who - in her conversation with the other employees - called herself responsible for hiring manicurists, told the manicurist who was doing my nails, because she was distracted in conversation and was not being efficient in providing the service, which would hit her so hard, so that she would remember the times when she was a slave (the manicurist is black).
Without a retraction and a change of attitude from the team of professionals, I will have no alternative but to stop attending this environment.
