Venderam o veículo para Praia Grande, sem recibo e não ajudaram em nada na solução quando chegaram 6 multas de uma vez. Nunca mais faço negócio e não recomendo que ninguém o faça também.
Problems with documentation and agency did not solve. My wife lost the letter because the agency asked not to fill out the receipt until she sold the vehicle. All wrong! They sold the vehicle to Praia Grande, without a receipt, and did nothing to help with the solution when 6 fines arrived at once. I never do business again and I don't recommend anyone doing it either.
