★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu darei apenas uma estrela. Não é pela comida, nem seus doces. Pelo contrário, é tudo bem gostoso. Essa 1 estrela é pelo atendimento TERRÍVEL que essa empresa dá. Frequentei tanto fisicamente, quanto em delivery, e eu nunca vi uma equipe tão despreparada para lidar com o público pelas redes sociais como esse lugar. Uma pena pois os bolos são muito gostosos. Eu não consigo me comunicar de forma alguma com a equipe, eu não consigo encomendar nada. Todo atendimento é um atendimento de dias para obter sequer uma resposta. Esse comentário é de forma construtiva, espero que a equipe e proprietária peguem isso e tentem melhorar.
I will give only one star. It is not for the food, nor for your sweets. On the contrary, everything is very tasty. This 1 star is for the TERRIBLE service that this company gives. I attended both physically and in delivery, and I have never seen a team as unprepared to deal with the public through social networks as this place. A pity because the cakes are very delicious. I can't communicate with the team at all, I can't order anything. Every service is a service of days to get even an answer. This comment is constructive, I hope the team and owner will take that and try to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os doces são uma delícia, mas o atendimento… é lamentável. Tentei comunicação durante vários dias pelo WhatsApp oficial da empresa, para fazer uma encomenda e ninguém respondeu. Quando desisti desse canal de comunicação e fui pessoalmente à sede, a funcionária me recebeu impaciente (porque estava organizando umas entregas) e me mandou fazer a encomenda pelo WhatsApp… Recorri a uma empresa concorrente da cidade e fui prontamente atendido.
The sweets are delicious, but the service… is regrettable. I tried to communicate for several days through the company's official WhatsApp to place an order and no one responded. When I gave up on this communication channel and went to the head office in person, the employee received me impatiently (because she was organizing some deliveries) and told me to place the order through WhatsApp… I turned to a competitor company in the city and was promptly assisted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergonhoso, entrei lá e nem Boa tarde deram, fiquei em pé em frente as tortas e ninguém me abordou, esperei uns segundos e a moça(parece ser dona) veio e nem um "boa tarde, posso lhe ajudar?" Triste isso! Quando fui pagar a maquina de cartão descarregada, como é que uma "empesa" fica sem carregar uma maquina de cartão?????????, esperei uns 20 minutos até que o entregador veio com a outra maquineta, só não desisti porquê meu filho queria essa torta, ao passar meu cartão a moça olhou por traz do meu cartão, não sei qual a intenção, mas isso não se faz, tendo em vista que é lá que fica meu código de segurança(não passou uma imagem boa com essa atitude, meu número é raspado????) pessoal, como o comentário da moça abaixo, é uma crítica construtiva se é que vocês sabem o que é isso, façam um cursinho de Atendimento ao cliente(pode ser online e grátuito) para atender melhor principalmente os clientes que vem de fora e que tem flats e casas aqui pois somos mais exigentes. Quanto a torta não gostei do sabor, poderia ser mais saborosa, resumindo tudo, jamais voltaria lá. Fica a dica.?
